Meet Barry
Barry Buchanan is a Navy Veteran, a musician, a fourth-generation resident of Whatcom County, and has dedicated over 15 years of public service on both the Bellingham City Council and the Whatcom County Council. He and his wife of 51 years, Judy, live in Bellingham, where they raised their 3 children. In his role as a county councilmember, Barry works to ensure all Whatcom County residents have a right to thrive.
